“We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. Breakfast offered a good variety each day, which we appreciated. The food overall was decent, although it wasn’t particularly memorable. The only downside during our stay was the bathroom. The shower glass door was incomplete, causing……

“The place is not an option for anybody with asthma or COPD. The tents are extremely moldy and the air is thick with it. We checked in and stayed less than 5 minutes in the room before moving to another hotel. No discount or other combination was offered”

“The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend……
